    A full bath at least once a week. Ideally you would also apply an alkaline body mask daily (see description below). Dissolve salt in warm water (37–39 °C). Length of time in bath 15–30 min.

    For a full bath: 3–4 tablespoons
    Foot and hip bath: 1 tablespoon

    Alkaline daily body mask:
    in a container dissolve 1 teaspoon alkaline bath salt in ½ litre water. After showering, apply to the body and allow to dry. Afterwards, it is best not to apply any cream or lotion.
