    Enriched with valuable herbs the Bamboo Alkaline Bath is wellness and body care in one. The high pH value activates the natural osmosis of the skin and stimulates cell circulation.

    Content: 400 g, enough for 4-8 full baths

    Application
    A full bath at least once a week. Ideally you would also apply an alkaline body mask daily (see description below). Dissolve salt in warm water (37–39 °C). Length of time in bath 15–30 min.

    For a full bath: 3–4 tablespoons
    Foot and hip bath: 1 tablespoon

    Alkaline daily body mask:
    in a container dissolve 1 teaspoon alkaline bath salt in ½ litre water. After showering, apply to the body and allow to dry. Afterwards, it is best not to apply any cream or lotion.

    Stick Bamboo Vital Patches onto your washed feet each night for 30 nights. After sleeping the patches may be removed. They are usually soaked and slaggy-brown. But purely energetic changes are also noticeable.

    The pH value of a new patch is about 7.8 – 8.0 = basic    		 After application
    The pH value of a used patch is around 3.8 – 4.8 = a large amount of acid was excreted overnight
