    The blue-green microalgae contained – "Spirulina" – is a real superfood. It has a high chlorophyll content, which is known to be a super antioxidant that can bind free radicals. In addition, it contains a high proportion of essential amino acids that cannot be formed by the body itself. It therefore consists of 65 to 71 % complete protein, with a protein value of up to 103, and provides almost all essential and nonessential amino acids.

    The algae can also score points with minerals. It contains well absorbable iron, a high concentration of beta-carotene and vitamins. These include vitamin B12 and phycocyanin, a pigment-protein antioxidant complex present only in blue-green microalgae.

    Application
    For an adult, we recommend taking 8-10 Spirulina tablets throughout the day. Swallow the pellets whole and with plenty of liquid (min. 250 ml), preferably water. Please do not crush or chew.

    A full bath at least once a week. Ideally you would also apply an alkaline body mask daily (see description below). Dissolve salt in warm water (37–39 °C). Length of time in bath 15–30 min.

    For a full bath: 3–4 tablespoons
    Foot and hip bath: 1 tablespoon

    Alkaline daily body mask:
    in a container dissolve 1 teaspoon alkaline bath salt in ½ litre water. After showering, apply to the body and allow to dry. Afterwards, it is best not to apply any cream or lotion.
